Founder
Dr. Tina R. McCrea is a marketplace leader with more than 35 years of experience in program portfolio project management, process improvement, operations and IT Systems. Her passion is for leadership development, and cultivating the family. She’s an accomplished transformation solutions specialist with integrity, implementation expertise and follow-through. Her proven ability to motivate and coach executive leaders and develop high performance teams by maximizing performance management and behavioral styles consistently produces long-term organizational productivity and financial gains.
Specialties: Known as “The Closer”, Tina specializes in managing and refocusing high visibility, high risk programs and projects that are off track. She is an expert Root Cause Problem Solver with experience in HRIS, ADP PC Payroll, DocuMaker Workstation, CRM, eChange Management, SOX Audit & Compliance, Vendor & Contract Negotiations
As domestic violence survivor, advocate and author, Tina is dedicated to empowering women, men and teens with the truth to overcome abusive relationships.
Tina completed the Lay Theology Institute at Emory’s Candler School of Theology, is a graduate of Billy Graham School of Evangelism, and has received other leadership training in the area of Pastoral Care & Counseling and Ethical Leadership. She also studied leadership at Beulah Heights University. She and her husband, Apostle Gary L. McCrea, are co-founders and co-pastors of the Greater Atlanta-based Without a Trace Ministries Inc., which is adopted from John 8:36 AMP - “So if the Son liberates you [makes you free], then you are really and unquestionably free.” The ministry is dedicated to helping families become free through the power of Christ.
